Neil has accumulated more than 20 years experience on both the purchasing and sales sides of the rough diamond sector, successfully performing a number of international customer and market focused roles in Africa (Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola), Asia (India), Asia Pacific (Hong Kong) and Europe (Belgium, England).

Re-joining Diamdel in July 2007, Neil was responsible for the successful turnaround of the Diamdel business, providing the vision and assembling the human, financial and technological resources to launch the industry’s 1st successful online auction sales for rough diamonds in January 2008. Since then, Neil has led the continuing transformation of Diamdel, repositioning the business as a market leader in rough diamond auctioning.

Jonathan has over 10 years experience in the Rough Diamond Markets, chiefly derived from assignments in Antwerp and Tel Aviv. Initially joining Diamdel Antwerp in 1997 Jonathan enjoyed a seven year stay culminating in the position of Operational Manager. Jonathan then took on the position of Regional Manager for Diamdel Israel before joining the Forevermark team in early 2006 as Account Manager for Asia Pacific. Jonathan then returned to Diamdel in late 2007 to lead the Company’s sales function into online Rough Diamond Auctioning.

Jonathan is a passionate enthusiast of the rough diamond markets and a great believer in Diamdel’s sales function providing as much opportunity as possible for Diamond Companies to secure the supply they need.   

Jonathan has almost 10 years experience in the mining industry having been with the De Beers Group since 2001. Jonathan has held a number of finance positions across the mining and exploration business units of the Group prior to joining Diamdel in April 2008 in the current role.

Jonathan qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1999 after completing his training contract with Deloitte.
