Company History

Originally established in Antwerp in 1964, Diamdel is a De Beers group company that supplies rough diamonds to a broad range of customers. Located in the world’s leading diamond centres of Antwerp, Tel Aviv and Hong Kong, Diamdel aims to maximise access to supplies at market prices.

The Hindustan Diamond Company (HDC) is an associated member of the Diamdel network, but it is not wholly owned by the De Beers Group. HDC is a joint venture between De Beers and the Government of India.
