Criteria for Participation

Diamdel’s multi channel sales and distribution strategy ensures buyers have frequent and regular access to as wide a range of rough as possible.

In order to be eligible to participate in Diamdel’s E-Auctions, all current and potential customers need to meet certain criteria. Please see below for criteria checklist:

  • Complete contact details of your company and key individuals which will also include (please see Section 1):
  • Copy of the Articles of Association or Registration of the participating company.
  • Copy of the passport or identity card of the director of the company.
  • Signoff on Diamdel’s BPP (best practice principles) document. (Section 2)

The information you provide during registration will be used by Diamdel to assess your demand against our rough diamond intake and enable us to invite you to future Diamdel E-Auctions.


Exclusions

DTC Sightholders may not participate in Diamdel E-Auctions.

US Companies will not be able to register or participate in Diamdel E-Auctions.


Rough Diamond Requirements

Diamdel aims to make a wide variety of rough diamonds available to the market as frequently as possible. In view of that please refer to Section 3 which will ensure you are notified when your product requirements are available (Please note that if you do not complete this section you will not receive an invitation to the auctions).
